Whether you are a returning exhibitor or applying for the first time, we want to thank you for your interest and are excited for another successful Holistic Health & Spiritual Expo on July 13, 2019, in Crystal Lake, IL.  

 

We are looking to fill a variety of spaces from Intuitive Readers to Holistic Practitioners, Natural & Handmade Products, Crystals, Clothing, Jewelry, Oils and more, we will only fill a certain number of spaces in each of these categories in an effort to keep it fair for exhibitors and exciting for our attendees.  

 

We will be holding a Charity Raffle throughout the entire day.  This is optional, but we are asking Exhibitor to be part of this charitable contribution and donate a minimum of $50.00 in products or services. Each basket will be displayed with your products or services at the expo and your business will be listed on various marketing material (example: expo flyers, magazine advertisements, online marketing, etc... ) It’s a great way to promote your product and help our local charity!  

 

Before applying you will need to have the following items ready for your bio:

 

• If selling products, upload a photo featuring the product you are selling.

• (All Exhibitors) 1 high-resolution profile/bio picture (JPG or PNG format) to be displayed on your bio page. Your headshot or a product/marketing image.

• Description of products/services offered at your booth. 

 

If you are interested in hosting a workshop or class, please do so on the application. You will be informed a minimum of 8 weeks prior to expo if you are chosen to host a workshop.  There is no charge to do a workshop, but you must be an approved exhibitor.  

 

Each approved exhibitor receives:

• Part of our various marketing material

• Exhibitor bio on our Website and Facebook Page

 

Each exhibit booth includes:

• $150.00

• 8 ft. x 6 ft. exhibit space 

• 6 ft. table

• 2 chairs

• Tablecloth

OR

• $200.00

• 10 ft x 10 ft space Note: There is a limited number of 10 x 10 spaces against the walls around the parameter of the rooms.  These are perfect for those with massage tables, clothing, etc.

There are limited booths available with electrical 

 

 

Each approved workshop presenter receives:

• Use of a workshop room for up to one hour

• Will be included in marketing materials
