Things you need to know before applying
Whether you are a returning exhibitor or applying for the first time, we want to thank you for your interest and are excited for another successful Holistic Health & Spiritual Expo on July 13, 2019, in Crystal Lake, IL.
We are looking to fill a variety of spaces from Intuitive Readers to Holistic Practitioners, Natural & Handmade Products, Crystals, Clothing, Jewelry, Oils and more, we will only fill a certain number of spaces in each of these categories in an effort to keep it fair for exhibitors and exciting for our attendees.
We will be holding a Charity Raffle throughout the entire day. This is optional, but we are asking Exhibitor to be part of this charitable contribution and donate a minimum of $50.00 in products or services. Each basket will be displayed with your products or services at the expo and your business will be listed on various marketing material (example: expo flyers, magazine advertisements, online marketing, etc... ) It’s a great way to promote your product and help our local charity!
Before applying you will need to have the following items ready for your bio:

If selling products, upload a photo featuring the product you are selling.

(All Exhibitors) 1 high-resolution profile/bio picture (JPG or PNG format) to be displayed on your bio page. Your headshot or a product/marketing image.

Description of products/services offered at your booth.
If you are interested in hosting a workshop or class, please do so on the application. You will be informed a minimum of 8 weeks prior to expo if you are chosen to host a workshop. There is no charge to do a workshop, but you must be an approved exhibitor.
