Payment plans must be paid in full 60 days prior to the retreat.

Any cancellation made in writing before Nov 1, 2019, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the trip pricing.

Any cancellation made between Jan 1, 2020, and Feb 24, 2020, will result in a total loss of the trip funds. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
